You know whats upsetting? To know that you want the best for the team but all you can see are lack of commitment and discipline and most seems like they just do as they please. Fuck lah.

I'm trying to play my role well down here and all i am asking for from you  guys is to commit and to discipline yourself thats all. Don't act like one superstar come and skip as and when you like. Ya i used to do like that but i realized that its not doing me any good as i'll just end up playing badly or just the same and not improving at all. You don't just come training for the sake of coming then after that go. Please bond with everyone lah. You all are a team not an individual. You might play for yourself during competition but when you win, you win for the team as well. Get that in your head lah guys.

Also when i text you people important stuffs, please reply don't ignore then wait for me to ask you all again and again dafug man sometimes i feel like smacking some of you ah. Must i like raise my voice everytime during training and remind everyone to get ready, to count warm ups together and not just let the in charge do the counting. Sorry lah but this batch of mine, really lack of team spirit. Now i can see why the seniors are more bonded and their energetic level of tennis are higher than my batch.

Fed up know think i not fed up ah even the year ones listen to my instructions and keep the captains and vice captains inform if they have anything on and things like that. I want to call you guys down to help for the monday training also difficult and even my own brother acts like the same as some of you guys. Cb stress you know wtf. I don't like to force you people to do this and that but if you guys don't show your commitment and team spirit, i can't do anything but to randomly do things my way and the rest of the captain's way. I can be soft but not at times like this. Tell me, how the hell am i gonna pick the next yr vice capt or capt?

I boiling inside know sometimes. Don't even have anyone to talk to or vent out everything on to. I give you all face don't take advantage. Think about everyone else in the team also not just for your ownself. To me, i want equality for everyone. One stays, all stay together after training. I want to get everyone together as a team. Even K says this year tennis team don't even feel like a team also. No wonder he prefers to hang out with the seniors everytime. I'm not condemning you guys but look at the other polys. Look at SP. Look at NP. See how energetic they are, see how much are they willing to go to win the competition for the school. And just take a look at us. What are we doing? Tsk.
